Form 3 Practical

On their first Home Economics option practical, our Form 3 students prepared a short crust pastry to bake a healthy quiche lorraine. They utilised many culinary skills including the rubbing in method and kneading, and used their knowledge on the healthy plate and nutrients for the filling.
