At BCSS, we strive to provide students with exciting experiences beyond the classroom that help them engage more with their surroundings, explore and learn. Our school trip to Italy in the Abruzzo region, Umbria and the eternal city of Rome helped the students studying the Italian language develop greater cultural awareness, critical thinking skills, and a deeper appreciation of the world. This was possible thanks to the teachers of Italian, Ms. Annaliz Calleja and Ms. Maureen Grech Sacco who organised this fantastic school trip in July 2024 and accompanied a group of 49 students abroad together with Ms. Rosemarie Cutajar, our Head of School Mr. Marvik Galea and Deputy Head Ms. Dorienne Portelli. Our gratitude goes also to Sisu Tours for collaborating with our school and providing us with an enriching travelling experience and memories that will last a lifetime!
