Last Friday, our King’s Trust students had a hands-on experience in food and table preparation.
They also had the opportunity to observe the process of welcoming and seating customers, cooking and plating, as well as serving customer.
It was a truly enriching educational experience, thanks to the administration of the Institute for Tourism Studies in Qala, Gozo.
